John Gonzalez and Amy Sherman are co-hosts of “Behind the Mitten,” a podcast about Michigan beer, food, festivals and the people who make it all happen! Today’s episode finds Amy and John at Founders Brewery in Grand Rapids to interview Dan Sippel of the West Michigan Tourist Association. He was recently named executive director. He runs down all the things his membership group provides to those looking for events and destinations all seasons in Michigan. (Listen at 3:50). John and Amy also talk to Michael Landon of The Intersection in Grand Rapids, a downtown concert venue that brings in a lot of shows throughout the year. He runs down some upcoming concerts.
