There are lots of great things to do this windy weekend in Michigan. Whether you want to stay nice and warm indoors or go for a chilly run outside, we have your top five things to do this weekend.
5. Traverse City Beer Week Nov. 13-20
Local restaurants and breweries will have special events, tastings and other activities throughout the week. Find out why Draft magazine named it one of America’s “Three Emerging Beer Towns” and The Travel Channel listed it among the “Top Seven Beer Destinations in North America!” Traverse City is always a fun place to spend autumn weekends tasting great beer.

4. The Great Beerd Run-Traverse City
It’s fun run for a great cause. The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa will be hosting the Great Beerd Run on Nov. 14th. This 5k will be donating a portion of its proceeds to No Shave November to support cancer awareness. The best (or so we think) part of the run is the beer! There will be beer from Short’s Brewing, Right Brain Brewery and Beards Brewing along the route for all of thirsty runners. That’s my kind of 5k!
